El día de los muertos - The Day of the Dead (México))
En México se celebra el día de muertos, fecha en la que, según la tradición, los difuntos regresan a visitar a sus familias, por lo que se acostumbra ofrecerles un altar y la comida que degustaban en vida. Aunque esta celebración ya se ha mezclado con el halloween porque son fiestas muy cercanas: 30 de octubre, halloween y el 2 de noviembre, día de muertos, de cualquier manera es una fiesta colorida e interesante por las raíces prehispánicas. Por esta época se acostumbra regalar a los amigos calaveras (cráneos) de azúcar con el nombre de la persona; también escribir calaveras que son rimas satíricas en las que la muerte acosa y acecha a la persona hasta que se la lleva, o bien se lleva un chasco.Los invitamos a escribir "calaveras" para sus amigos o profesores. Recuerden que si bien son caricaturas satíricas, son respetuosas.
